Why we exist

Women have spent long enough adapting to bras.

It's time bras adapted to women.

Moda was created from a simple observation: women's bodies are constantly changing, but bras have barely changed at all. Weight fluctuations. Hormonal changes. Pregnancy. Surgery. Ageing. Different outfits. Different activities. Life changes, yet most women are expected to buy another bra every time it does.

We think there is a better way.

Our story

Moda began with a personal frustration.

Despite growing up as the daughter of an intimates procurer and designer, I spent years wearing bras that technically fit, but never truly worked for me. Every outfit required a different bra. Every body change meant replacing my entire drawer. Nothing felt designed for real life.

Then my perspective changed completely.

During my mother's second battle with breast cancer, she underwent a double mastectomy and now wears two prosthetics every day. Watching her navigate the discomfort, limitations, and lack of thoughtful design made me realize something.

Bras aren't just about support. They're about confidence, comfort, dignity, and feeling like yourself.

Moda became much more than a product idea. It became a mission to build something that truly serves women through every stage of life.

Why now?

For decades, bras have been designed around appearance first and experience second.

Today, women are asking for more.

  • More comfort.
  • More flexibility.
  • More honesty.
  • More thoughtful design.

At the same time, advances in performance textiles, engineering, and modular product design mean we can finally build products that adapt with women instead of asking women to adapt to products.

Consumer expectations have changed too. Women are choosing fewer, better products that last longer and work harder. Replacing five single-purpose bras with one adaptable system no longer feels radical.

It simply makes sense.

Looking forward

Moda is still in its early days.

Every prototype, every conversation, and every woman who shares her experience helps shape what comes next.

We're not just building another bra. We're rethinking what intimate apparel should be.

Designed by women.
Built for real life.
Made to adapt.
